We think in structure, document cleanly, and communicate clearly — including when something is not sensible. At IPP, your work must hold up in reviews, audits, and in practice.
We use standards, templates, and tools consistently (e.g., Easy13485 / EasyExpert). AI tools like ChatGPT are a productivity lever — but they never replace responsibility. AI may propose, structure, and draft. You validate, decide, and stand behind the result.

We always keep one position open — independent of whether we hire immediately or not. The reason is simple: our workload depends on real projects. When new projects start, we hire fast. When capacity is already filled, we may pause hiring even if applications are strong.
